Overview
Joshua E. Bidzinski represents businesses in a variety of commercial matters, including breach of contract actions and insurance coverage disputes. He also defends product manufacturers in state and federal courts around the country. Josh’s experience includes the representation of construction contractors in general tort litigation and business disputes. Josh previously served as the Chair of Swanson, Martin & Bell’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and, since 2019, has served as Vice Chair of the firm’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Practice Group.
