James R. Grabowski

Biography

Jim is a partner at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP’s Edwardsville Office and joined the firm in February 2022.

He focuses his practice on defending clients in asbestos-related product liability and premises liability actions.

Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP in 2022, Jim practiced with a mid-sized Illinois firm where he focused on trials involving complex litigation matters, including representing clients sued for alleged asbestos liabilities. He represented and coordinated all aspects of asbestos litigation for clients sued in multiple jurisdictions, including, Missouri, Delaware, Texas, New York, California, and Louisiana.
