Overview
Ian P. Fallon is an associate at the firm’s Chicago office, where he primarily represents hospitals, physicians, nurses and nurses. He also represents regional and national organizations in a variety of commercial and transportation litigation matters. He has substantial experience obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients at all stages of litigation, including written and oral discovery, arbitration, trial, appeal, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
