Hogan to Present at 2024 DRI Trucking Law Seminar
Partner Meg F. Hogan will present, “Anchors Away! Beating Plaintiffs at Their Own Game,” at the 2024 DRI Trucking Law Seminar on April 11 in St. Louis, Missouri.
Hogan and her co-presenter will discuss the inflation of damages in trucking cases and provide strategies on how to obtain the best results for their clients. Additionally, Partner Christopher T. Sheean will serve as the Law Institute Liaison and give welcoming statements and introductions.
The two-day program will also feature presentations on selecting an effective jury, ethical considerations and the benefit of mock trials in a trucking case, techniques for preparing a key witness, and more.
