Drumke Presents with Trial Masters, Moderates Cannabis Law Session at ABA TIPS Conference
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP partner Michael W. Drumke will be part of two presentations at the upcoming American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) conference in New York.First, Drumke will be on a panel titled "Trial Masters - Knowledge We Wish We Had Years Ago." Drumke and other "hand-selected masters" will offer litigation and trial strategy tips drawing from their years of experience with judges, juries, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Second, Drumke will moderate a panel on "Current Issues in Cannabis Law and Policy." The presentation offers to "clear the haze from some of the burning issues in the cannabis and hemp industry. This blue-ribbon panel explores the legal, ethical, insurance, and practical issues inherent in this burgeoning industry, as well as discussing regulatory developments at both the federal and state level."
