David M. Giddens Jr.

Overview

David is a associate in the firm’s St. Louis office. His practice currently focuses on defending product manufacturers and premises owners in the areas of asbestos litigation, Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP,  he practiced as an attorney with the Federal Defenders office of the Eastern District of Missouri. There he gained considerable litigation and courtroom experience defending clients facing various federal charges.

During law school, David externed for the Honorable Philip J. Calabrese on the Northern District of Ohio

Outside of the firm, David enjoys cooking new recipes, competing in Hyrox competitions, and being outdoors.
