Overview

Daniel S. Schwartz is an associate in Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP’s Chicago office, where he focuses his practice on asbestos litigation, toxic tort litigation, and product liability defense. He represents manufacturers, premises owners, contractors, distributors, and other businesses in complex, multi-party litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

Daniel manages matters from initial assessment through discovery, dispositive motion practice, and resolution, including settlement and dismissal. He works closely with clients, insurers, and co-defense counsel to develop and implement case strategy.
