Overview
Clement is a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office. His practice currently focuses on general civil litigation, product liability and toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Clement gained significant trial experience through his work in the St. Louis City Public Defender’s office. He has also represented governmental entities and national insurance companies in defense and insurance coverage matters including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, construction, product liability and premise liability.
