Cooke Accepts ABA TIPS Committee Award at 2026 Fall Meeting
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Kristen A. Cooke recently accepted an award recognizing the American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section’s (TIPS) Products Liability Committee during the 2026 TIPS Fall Meeting, held October 15–17 in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Kristen, who serves as Chair of the Products Liability Committee, accepted the award alongside Chair-Elect Sarah Johansen of Reed Smith. The recognition highlights the committee’s exceptional efforts to encourage greater member participation and involvement in committee and section activities during the 2025–2026 year.
The ABA TIPS Products Liability Committee provides a forum for attorneys to engage with developments in product liability litigation, share insights, and participate in professional development opportunities.
