Biography
Chris focuses his practice primarily on the representation and defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice lawsuits. Chris also represents clients in toxic tort, product liability and general tort litigation.Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Chris gained significant experience in all phases of litigation and second chaired cases to trial. He also has experience evaluating coverage issues and high exposure claims for insurance and reinsurance carriers under medical professional liability policies.
