Brittany C. Dushman is an attorney in the firm’s Chicago office. She practices general litigation, concentrating her practice on commercial disputes, product liability actions, and class actions. Brittany also defends lawyers and professionals in professional malpractice actions.
Brittany started her career with the firm as a Summer Associate in 2023. Before joining full-time, she clerked in the Northern District of Illinois, where she gained experience in complex civil and criminal litigation. During law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Brittany served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Criminal Law classes. She was an active member of her Moot Court Honor Society team, having won the William E. McGee National Civil Rights Competition and taking home the Best Oralist award.
