Bell, McCaskey Recognized in “Unique Verdicts of 2014” Publication

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partners Brian W. Bell and Michael A. McCaskey were recognized in the Jury Verdict Reporter’s “Unique Verdicts of 2014” for a trial in which they obtained a not guilty verdict for their client, a forklift manufacturer.  The trial was one of six cases tried in Cook County, Ill. that received the award.

The verdict was published as part of a “Year in Review” supplement to Chicago Lawyer and Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.
