Overview

Anne M. Kelly joined civil litigation after five years in criminal practice prosecuting cases as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County as well as a Special United State’s Attorney in the Northern District of Illinois.

She gained extensive trial experience prosecuting felony jury trials as well as bench trials and advising in federal and state long-term investigations.

She focuses her practice on general civil litigation, which includes medical negligence and healthcare litigation, product liability litigation, and other practice areas.

Since graduating from Loyola University School of Law in 2020, Anne has remained closely involved in legal education. She is on the faculty at the law school where she is an adjunct professor for Advanced Trial Advocacy. She also is an instructor at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) Chicago.
