Biography

Andrew has a diverse civil litigation practice. Most of his work is concentrated on the defense of civil litigation, with a focus on high exposure claims of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and property loss. He has defended negligence claims against physicians, attorneys, manufacturers, engineers, construction/design firms, and transportation companies at all stages of litigation, including through trial and appeal. Andrew also has significant experience representing professionals in licensure proceedings, hearings and investigations before government agencies.

Andrew has litigated cases in State and Federal courts throughout the country and most regularly practices in his home state of Indiana and Illinois.
