Alva Speaks at ABA's Judicial Intern Opportunity Program Orientation
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP's C. Matt Alva will speak at the American Bar Association's Judicial Intern Opportunity Program (JIOP) orientation this week.JIOP provides opportunities to students who are members of racial and ethnic groups that are traditionally underrepresented in the profession, students with disabilities, students who are economically disadvantaged, students who identify themselves as LGBT, and women.
Alva will discuss alumni mentoring and professional development along with two fellow panelists. He focuses his practice on Asbestos Litigation and Toxic Tort Litigation. He also co-chairs the Diversity Committee and is a member of the Recruiting Commitee.
