Fardy Wins IP Bench Trial on Patent Ownership and Fraud Issues
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner P. Stephen Fardy won an intellectual property bench trial in the State Court of Colorado with the recent release of a 34-page opinion finding in favor of the firm’s client, a sporting and outdoor recreation equipment manufacturer. The client obtained a favorable declaratory judgment ruling on patent ownership issues and on its counterclaims of fraudulent concealment and misrepresentation.
