Lothson to Present at 2024 AEM Product Safety & Stewardship Conference and Product Liability Seminar

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Andrew A. Lothson will present at the 2024 Product Safety & Stewardship Conference and Product Liability Seminar, hosted by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), on April 22-25 in Chicago, IL.

Lothson will join fellow panelists in "From Conception to Evolution: The Process of Product Lifecycle Management Parts 1 and 2." Part 1 will focus on product development, while Part 2 will cover incident investigation and post-incident considerations. This interactive session will feature experts from various fields, such as engineering, marketing, quality control, and legal, showcasing their teams' comprehensive approach to addressing unforeseen circumstances.
