Masini to Speak at The Chicago Bar Association's Health Law Committee Meeting

Associate Isabella A. Masini will speak at The Chicago Bar Association’s Health Law Committee Meeting on January 16.

Masini will discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic changed the practice of law, its impact on pre-trial and trial procedures, the future of virtual hearings and more. She will also cover recent case law on COVID-19 pandemic immunity from negligence claims under Governor Pritzker’s executive order. With a recent spike in cases during the holidays, it’s expected to be a very informative and beneficial session.
