Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Names Three New Partners
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is pleased to announce that Stuart R. Sergeant, Eric J. Skwiat, and Clement D. Warr, Jr. have been elevated to partner, effective January 1, 2024.
Stuart R. Sergeant joined the firm in 2006 and focuses his practice on Asbestos Litigation and Product Liability. He received his J.D. in 1991 from Wayne State University Law School and his B.A. in 1988 from Michigan State University.
Eric J. Skwiat joined the firm in 2017 and focuses his practice on General Casualty and Catastrophic Injury Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Intellectual Property Counseling and Litigation. He received his J.D. in 2015 from Valparaiso University Law School and his B.S. in 2012 from Indiana University Bloomington.
Clement Warr, Jr. joined the firm in 2018 and focuses his practice on Toxic Tort and Asbestos Litigation. He received his J.D. in 2013 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A. in 2008 from Truman State University.
