Harris, Napoleon & Rogers Participate in American College of Trial Lawyers' 2023 Diversity & Corporate Trial Advocacy Program

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP associates Kennedy A. HarrisKimberly V. Napoleon and Trevor A. Rogers will participate in The American College of Trial Lawyers’ (ACTL) 2023 Diversity and Corporate Trial Advocacy Program on May 5 –7 in Chicago, Illinois.

Harris, Napoleon and Rogers will guide their teams through trial processes including examination of fact witnesses and preparations of opening statements, direct/cross examinations and closings.

In its second year, the Diversity and Corporate Trial Advocacy Program strives to continue to build trust in the civil justice system, preserve and protect the civil trial system and nurture the next generation of excellent courtroom trial advocates.

Kennedy A. Harris is an associate at the firm’s Chicago office and concentrates her practice on general civil litigation. Her practice also includes Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes, Family Law, Environmental Law, Employment Litigation and Counseling, and Product Liability. Kimberly V. Napoleon is an associate at the firm's Chicago office. She concentrates her practice on general civil litigation, including medical negligence, where she represents many of Chicago's leading teaching hospitals, community hospitals, and long-term care facilities. Trevor A. Rogers is an associate attorney at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP’s Chicago Office where he concentrates his practice in the areas of medical negligence and healthcare, product liability, and complex civil litigation. Learn more about Trevor and his practice here.
