Patterson and O'Toole Peterson Author ABA Landslide Intellectual Property Magazine Article

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP attorneys William D. Patterson and Nicole O'Toole Peterson authored the article "Pitfalls in Digitizing Physical Assets and Three Best Practices” for Landslide Magazine, an intellectual property law publication of the American Bar Association.

The article focuses on the challenges of intellectual property rights in an age of digitization. Select topics include copyright and trademark issues arising from the creation of digital goods, license agreements, NFTs, VARA claims, CAPA protections and more.
