Kettering Moderates Fertility Medicine Panel at DePaul College of Law - JHLI Symposium
Associate Katherine M. Kettering recently moderated the "Fidelity in the Fertility Forum: Legal and Ethical Challenges in Fertility Medicine" panel for DePaul College of Law's Mary and Michael Jaharis Health Law Institute.
The panel of women shared their expertise and insight into the future of modern reproductive healthcare technology and jurisprudential changes, which have introduced new complications to the ethical conflicts at the heart of this area of medicine. They also addressed the legal and ethical responsibilities facing providers in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health.
Katherine M. Kettering combines her background in client service and project management with her passion for healthcare to assist in various firm practice groups, including medical malpractice, pharmaceuticals, and general trial practice.
