Drumke to Speak at the 2023 Motor Vehicle Product Liability Litigation Conference

Partner Michael Drumke will present at the 31st Annual Motor Vehicle Product Liability Litigation Conference, hosted by the American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, on April 20 in Scottsdale, AZ.

Michael will join fellow panelists in "Dealing With Friction: Recent Developments In Asbestos Cases," where they will discuss asbestos claims against motor vehicle manufacturers that continue unabated. The panel will also evaluate the current state of asbestos litigation, new theories, recent decisions, expert issues, and trends for this litigation.
