Michael Drumke to Moderate Cannabis Law Panel at ABA TIPS Midyear Meeting
Partner Michael W. Drumke will lead an interactive panel session at the American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section's Midyear Meeting on February 1 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
"A Blunt Analysis of Employment Issues Related to Cannabis Laws" will review state and federal cannabis laws and legalization efforts with a focus on related workplace issues, employee protections (if any), best practices when advising employers, drug testing and use policies, and much more.

Michael has served as a Governor on the ABA Board of Governors and as a member of the ABA House of Delegates. He is a Past Chair of the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section and the ABA Section Officers Conference.
