Five Partners Join Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP welcomes five partners to the firm.

Leo C. Chmielewski focuses his practice on asbestos litigation, product liability and toxic tort litigation. He received his J.D. in 2007 from the University of Dayton and his B.S. in 2000 from the University of Missouri. Leo operates from Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP’s St. Louis office.

Daniel Cozzi focuses his practice on medical negligence and commercial litigation. He received his J.D. in 2010, at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and his A.B. in 2007, from the University of Chicago. Dan operates from Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP’s Chicago office.

James Grabowski focuses his practice on asbestos litigation, product liability, toxic tort litigation and general trial practice. He received his J.D. in 2001 from the Southern Illinois University School of Law and his B.S. in 1998 from Southern Illinois University. James operates from Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP’s Edwardsville office.

Allison Sonneveld focuses her practice on asbestos litigation, toxic Tort, products liability as well as premises liability matters. She received her J.D. in 2001 at Southern Illinois University School of Law, her LL.M. from Washington University School of Law in 2004, and her B.A. in 1999 at Saint Mary’s College. Allison operates from Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP’s Edwardsville office.

Adam Suroff focuses his practice on product liability, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, commercial litigation and business disputes, professional piability, fire and explosion, and toxic torts litigation. He received his J.D. in 1999 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and his B.S. in 1995 from the University of Central Missouri. Adam primarily operates from Kansas City, MO.
