Aaron Weishaar Named Vice Chair of Fidelity and Surety Leadership Committee
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Aaron G. Weishaar has been named Vice Chair of Defense Research Institute's (DRI) Fidelity and Surety Committee for 2022-2023. Aaron will serve alongside Michael J. Weber of Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP and co-lead the Fidelity and Surety Committee after the 2022 DRI Annual Meeting in October in Philadelphia, PA.
At Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Aaron chairs the Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group. He focuses his practice on fidelity and surety bond claims and litigation, construction law, trusts and estates, business and commercial litigation. Aaron represents a wide range of clients, from large national surety companies and international corporations to local businesses and individuals.
