Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is thrilled to sponsor the Women's Bar Association of Illinois 108th Annual Dinner on June 16 at the Chicago Hilton. The night's theme will surround the installation of President Lauren Witkowski and the 2022-2023 Officers and Directors.
The Women's Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI) was established in 1914 by nine women lawyers practicing in the Chicago Metropolitan area. It was founded to promote the interests and welfare of women lawyers and to aid in enacting legislation for the common good and in the administration of justice. The WBAI was also one of the first minority bar associations to extend its membership to males.
