Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP proudly sponsored The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis's (BAMSL) annual Law Day and awards ceremony on May 2. The event recognized the work of several exceptional lawyers who volunteered their time and efforts to the bar. It also celebrated an important milestone in the organization's history and swore in its first millennial president, Anne-Marie Brockland.
Founded in 1874 with more than 6,500 members, BAMSL is the oldest and most respected voluntary bar association in the St. Louis region. The BAMSL is dedicated to empowering lawyers and other legal professionals through public service, social networking, and education. It also encourages those interested in the field of law and inspires students to make a difference in their community. Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP Partners Robert Stephens and Marcie Vantine serve as BAMSL Ambassadors.
