Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Attorneys Rewrite Creditors Rights Chapter for IICLE

A team of Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP attorneys has rewritten a chapter of Creditors Rights in Illinois 2009 Edition, Updated 2011 that was recently published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE).
The IICLE chapter, authored by partner Joseph P. Kincaid and associates John P. Arranz, Jeffrey S. Becker and Alfred K. Murray II, focuses on equitable remedies. Topics discussed in the chapter include fraudulent conveyances, charging orders, constructive trusts, veil piercing, successor liability, accounting and lis pendens.
