Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Named to BTI Client Service A-Team 2020

BTI Consulting Group recently published its rankings of 340 law firms recognized for client service excellence. Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP was named to BTI's Client Service A-Team 2020 in two areas that clients consider most important and influential in driving superior client relationships. 

According to BTI's report, Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is ranked a Standout in both investing in client relationships and also in client-facing communication. BTI's Client Service A-Team 2020 names "the firms who are adopting powerful client service initiatives, and engaging in meaningful, actionable and in-depth client feedback. They set a high standard for client service delivery and other targeted tactics to outperform and deliver at the highest level for their clients."

The 19th annual Client Service A-Team report ranks law firms based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel.
