Bryan J. Kirsch

Biography

Bryan has been representing attorneys in professional liability claims and bar matters in Illinois for almost two decades. Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, Bryan worked in-house at two different legal malpractice insurance carriers, in one position directly managing claims and in the other representing insureds of the carrier. Thus, Bryan has intricate knowledge of the defense of legal malpractice actions from the prospective of the handling attorney and the insurance carrier. Before going in-house, Bryan worked at several well-known defense firms handling professional liability matters.
