Mosnick to Speak at UIC Law's 68th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP associate Emily R.S. Mosnick will moderate a panel at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Law's 68th Annual Intellectual Property, Information & Privacy Law Conference on November 8 in Chicago, Illinois.

Mosnick's panel will discuss current trends and important topics in intellectual property licensing. The full-day conference will cover important updates and developments in the intellectual property field and feature presentations from industry leaders discussing ways to help create better laws and policies that promote innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship.

Other select topics include patent eligibility of computer-implemented inventions, artificial intelligence regulations, federal and state privacy developments, trademark and trade secrets, and more.
