James P. O'Shea, II


James focuses his practice on asbestos litigation defense and related areas of law including product liability and premises liability. He is also responsible for case management, voluminous document reviews, deposing of witnesses, keeping abreast of legal developments, preparation of pleadings and discovery responses in multiple jurisdictions, and litigation preparation.
