Justin M. Hansen


Justin is an associate with the Libertyville office of Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP. He has successfully litigated for individual, corporate and municipal clients on a wide variety of matters including commercial litigation, breach of contract, land use and zoning, landlord/tenant, collections, and creditors’ rights.  He has also represented clients in criminal and juvenile matters, real estate transactions, and business disputes.

Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Justin worked at a general practice firm in Crystal Lake and also served as conflict counsel for the McHenry County Public Defender's Office, representing indigent clients on misdemeanor and felony matters.  Before attending law school, Justin worked for a non-profit in Milwaukee providing advocacy for children affected by domestic violence.
