Derrick L. Haddox

Biography

Derrick represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes and mechanics lien matters. He also defends clients in construction litigation disputes and personal injury actions. He has a wide range of skills in collection matters, from assisting clients in devising business strategies to minimize litigation when recovering property obtained via a purchase or lease contract, to aggressive representation once litigation has come to fruition.
