Thomas J. Verticchio is a partner at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP. Tom is the chair of the firm’s commercial litigation practice group and focuses his practice on resolving and, where necessary, litigating his clients’ business disputes through trial. During the course of his practice Tom has represented publicly and privately held companies (as well as those companies’ officers, directors and shareholders) in business disputes throughout the United States. His experience includes the trial of civil and criminal matters before juries, judges and arbitrators, both as a private attorney and as an Assistant State’s Attorney. While Tom’s depth of experience allows him to represent his clients’ interests through final judgment, he centers his practice on creative litigation strategies geared to position his clients so they can successfully and efficiently resolve their business disputes in the least disruptive way possible. Even so, some disputes cannot be resolved short of final judgment and for those, Tom’s trial experience serves his clients well.
