Biography

Adam focuses his practice on defense of complex litigation matters, including toxic tort, product liability and premises liability cases. This includes representing clients in Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, California, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Washington. He has also served as a national trial counsel for a defendant named in asbestos matters across the country. He also manages all stages of litigation in dozens of cases in Illinois and Wisconsin. Adam has also written articles and presented nationally on subjects related to toxic tort law and trial techniques.

Adam also serves as a co-chair of the firm’s Cannabis Law Practice Group. He has advised companies on issues related to applications for Illinois licenses for adult cannabis use.
