Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Attorney Michael A. McCaskey co-authored the 7th Circuit Product Liability Case Law Update for the Defense Research Institute’s 2010 Product Liability Conference held this month in Las Vegas.

The Update was distributed along with course materials for the conference, this year titled, “The Masters of Product Liability – The Stars Come Out to Shine.”
