Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Supports Chicago Bar Foundation’s 2010 Investing in Justice Campaign

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP was pleased to support and participate in the Chicago Bar Foundation’s (CBF) 2010 Investing in Justice Campaign during the month of March. The firm joined numerous Chicago law firms, corporate legal departments and other organizations in helping to raise funds for area legal aid and pro bono efforts.

Managing Partner Timothy G. Nickels served as a Campaign Vice Chair and member of the Foundation’s Campaign Leadership Team for the second consecutive year. In this role, he has encouraged fellow Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP attorneys to make individual contributions to the Campaign. “Our firm is committed to providing support for individuals in need of legal services in our communities,” said Mr. Nickels. “I am proud to encourage my colleagues to be involved this worthy cause.”

The Campaign has raised nearly $3 million in the past three years. One hundred percent of funds raised are used for CBF grants to advance the work of Chicago pro bono and legal aid organizations and a number of innovative access to justice projects.
