Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP awarded #1 Top Defense Verdict in 2008 by Missouri Lawyers Weekly

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP partners Brian Bell and Anthony J. Monaco were recently awarded #1 Top Defense Verdict in 2008 by Missouri Lawyers Weekly. The award recognizes Mr. Bell and Mr. Monaco for their Product Liability defense of Chrysler LLC in the matter of Fultz v. Chrysler LLC in St. Louis City Circuit Court. The verdict ranked #1 out of 42 recognized defense verdicts for 2008.
