Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP announces the addition of Charles S. Stahl, Jr. and the formation of its Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group

Charles S. Stahl, Jr. has joined Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP as a partner to head up its creditors’ rights and bankruptcy practice group.

His practice includes creditors’ rights, representing debtors and other parties in interest in chapter 11 reorganization cases, and strategic financial planning.
