Christ the King Jesuit College Prep Receives 25th Anniversary Donation
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP proudly celebrates its 25th year of business in 2017. In honor of this milestone, each month we are making a donation to a non-profit with whom our firm has a strong relationship.
Our January beneficiary is Christ the King Jesuit College Preparatory School, a Catholic Jesuit secondary school using the Cristo Rey model to serve young men and women from Chicago's Austin neighborhood and surrounding West Side communities. Through the Cristo Rey model, students earn three-quarters of their tuition costs while gaining valuable skills and experience through jobs at Chicago area companies.
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP joined the Corporate Work Study Program in the 2016-2017 school year and now employs four Christ the King students who provide assistance with accounting, reception, filing and other office tasks.
