Wills Inducted Into American Board of Trial Advocates
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Dale G. Wills has been invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to preserving and promoting the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. ABOTA works to uphold the jury system by educating the American public about the history and value of the right to a trial by jury.
Membership to ABOTA is by invitation only. Wills represents companies in various types of product liability matters in Chicago and throughout the United States.
