Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP announces that McRay Judge and Anthony J. Monaco were recently elected to the equity partnership ranks.
Judge focuses his practice on Asbestos Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation, and Medical Negligence and Healthcare. He received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1994 and his B.S. from the University of Iowa in 1991.
Monaco focuses his practice on Product Liability, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation, and Class Action Defense. He received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2000 and his B.S. from Marquette University in 1997.
In addition, associates Michael A. McCaskey and Rick C. Shea were named non-equity partners. McCaskey focuses his practice on Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes, Product Liability, and Real Estate Litigation and Transactional Services. He received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2005 and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 2001.
Shea focuses his practice on Asbestos Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation, Construction Litigation and Product Liability. He received his J.D. cum laude from The John Marshall Law School in 2005 and his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1997.
