Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Awarded Summary Judgment in Trace Benzene Case

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP was awarded summary judgment yesterday in a trace benzene case on behalf of its client, a manufacturer of wood finishing products. The Illinois Circuit Court of Cook County rejected the plaintiffs' claim that trace amounts of benzene in the defendant’s aerosols and liquids led the decedent to develop acute myeloid leukemia.

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Anthony J. Monaco represented the manufacturer. He focuses his practice on Toxic Tort Litigation, Product Liability, and Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation.
