As a former fire investigator turned defense counsel, Henne will provide insight on properly defending fire claims, gathering evidence, cross-examining witnesses at trial, how companies strategize when fire cases arise, and more.

The two-day program will feature presentations on top industry topics including consumer warranty litigation, lithium-ion battery, and pressure cooker claims, fire science, and data, as well as an opportunity for hands-on fire investigation training.
