Elizabeth S. Harvey concentrates her practice in environmental law. She has extensive experience in cases involving contaminated property and groundwater, including Superfund/CERCLA litigation, RCRA litigation, and private cost recovery actions under state and federal law; matters involving the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act and their state counterparts; and the defense of enforcement actions by environmental agencies including the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
