Toxic Tort Team, Former Patent Examiner Join Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP welcomes four lateral attorneys to its Chicago office. Three practice in the firm’s Asbestos Litigation and Toxic Tort Litigation Practice Groups, and the fourth practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation and Transactional Services Group. 

Partner Michael W. Drumke, who was previously a partner at HeplerBroom LLC, focuses his practice on Toxic Tort Litigation, Asbestos Litigation, Product Liability, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device, Class Action Defense, Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes, Environmental Law, and Insurance. He received his J.D from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1991 and his B.A. cum laude from Tufts University in 1988.

Associate Kaitlyn N. Chenevert joins Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP from HeplerBroom LLC, where she was also an associate. She focuses her practice on Toxic Tort Litigation and Product Liability. Ms. Chenevert received her J.D. cum laude from The John Marshall Law School in 2009 and her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2006.

Associate Adam H. Doeringer joins Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP from HeplerBroom LLC, where he was also an associate. He focuses his practice on Toxic Tort Litigation and Product Liability. Mr. Doeringer received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2009 and his B.A. from Grinnell College in 2002.

Associate Anthony N. Bartosik, who was previously an associate at Bollinger Connolly Krause LLC, focuses his practice on Intellectual Property Litigation and Transactional Services, Medical Negligence and Healthcare, and Product Liability. Prior to law school, he served as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Bartosik received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2006 and his B.S. from Purdue University in 2003.
