Four Lateral Associates Join Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP announces the arrival of four lateral associates to the firm’s Chicago office.

Jennifer E. Dicken joins Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP from Hall Prangle and Schoonveld LLC, where she was also an associate.  She focuses her practice on Medical Negligence and Healthcare. Dicken received her J.D. in 2004 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her B.A. in 2001 from Indiana University Bloomington.

Thomas B. Fullerton was previously an associate at James B. Carroll & Associates. Fullerton concentrates his practice on Real Estate Litigation and Transactional Services, Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes and Construction Litigation. He received his J.D. in 2008 from the University of Dayton School of Law and his B.A. in 2005 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

John R. Knowles joins Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP from Heineke & Burke, LLC, where he was an associate.  He focuses his practice on Product Liability, Premises Liability, and Toxic Tort Litigation. Knowles received his J.D. in 2008 from The John Marshall Law School and his B.A. in 2003 from Indiana University Bloomington.

Troy M. Sphar, who was previously a senior litigator at David G. Trout & Associates, concentrates his practice on Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes, as well as Employment Litigation and Counseling. Sphar received his J.D. in 2002 from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and his B.A. in 1999 from Miami University.
