Mike Ditka Speaks at LifePath Benefit Honoring Rogers and Family

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP partner William J. Rogers and his sister Jeanne Rogers Steinmetz received the 2010 Outstanding Family Award from LifePath, an Eastern Pennsylvania social service organization that provides services for medically and mentally disabled individuals.

Bill and Jeanne were honored at LifePath’s 13th Annual Benefit and Awards Luncheon in recognition of their commitment to their sister Joanne, who has Down’s Syndrome and is a LifePath resident, and to the mission of LifePath. 
 
Legendary National Football League player coach and analyst Mike Ditka served as keynote speaker at the event, which assists LifePath in raising awareness of the needs of individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Past event speakers include Super Bowl championship-winning coach Dick Vermeil, Phillies’ All-Star John Kruk, Phillies’ Hall of Fame third baseman Mike Schmidt, and Buffalo Bills’ Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly. The 2011 speaker will be Bill Walton, college and NBA player and analyst.
